By registering or using the services of ADAPTED HERBALCARE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, the user agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
The user must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
3. User Account
Users must provide accurate and complete information
One user is allowed only one account
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate duplicate or fake accounts
4. User Responsibility
The user is responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
Any activity from the user account will be considered as authorized by the user
The user must not misuse the company name, products, or platform
5. Product Usage
Products are herbal and wellness-based
Results may vary from person to person
Products are not intended to diagnose or cure diseases
6. Payment Terms
Users must pay through authorized payment methods
All payments are subject to company policies
Taxes (GST) will be applicable
7. Income Disclaimer (For MLM Users)
Income depends on individual effort and team performance
The company does not guarantee fixed income
Misleading income claims are strictly prohibited
8. Code of Conduct
Users must:
Follow company policies
Maintain ethical behavior
Not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activities
9. Termination
The company may suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if rules are violated.
10. Limitation of Liability
The company shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by user actions.
11. Changes to Terms
The company reserves the right to update terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
12. Governing Law
All disputes shall be subject to Indian laws and jurisdiction of Rajasthan courts.
